Manufacturing Capabilities

VIBRATORY

  • Empire Blast Cabinet can hold up to a 36” W x 36” L x 16” H part using ceramic media.
  • Almco Flow Thru Vibratory Model V70 used primarily for deburing with ceramic media and chemical with rust inhibitor.
  • Almco model V-5 tub is a 5 cubic foot machine used for deburring large quantities of small parts using ceramic media and a chemical with rust inhibitor.
  • 20 cubic foot bowl used for polishing/burnishing parts using ceramic media and a chemical with rust inhibitor.

POWDER COATING FACILITY

  • 2 Powder coat paint lines capable of coating parts 40” wide by 60” tall by 20’ long with 5 stage wash for phosphate pre-treatment.

WET SPRAY PAINT BOOTH

  • Certified Sherwin Williams Fleet wet spray paint booth capable of parts up to 8’ W x 6’ H x 12’ L.
    Includes wand application phosphate pre-treatment, and the abilities of single stage or base coat clear coat paint. Can match all OEM colors.

INVENTORY

  • Over 500 tons of steel in inventory.
  • Sheet and plate ranging from 22ga to 3/4” sizes.
  • Round and hexagon bar from 3/16” to 3” in a multitude of different alloys.
  • Round and square tubing from ½” 18ga to 4” schedule 80.

 

LASERS

  • 2 – 2,000 watt Cincinnati CO2 lasers with production capacity of ¼” carbon steel 5’ x 10’.
  • 1 – 3,200 watt Trumpf CO2 laser with production capacity of ½” carbon steel 5’ x 10’.
  • 3 – 4,000 watt Trumpf CO2 lasers with production capacity of 1” carbon steel 4’ x  8’.
    NOTE:  Up to ½” stainless steel capacity.
  • 1 – 5000 watt Trumpf CO2 and shop air laser with production capacity of 1” mild steel

PLASMA/PUNCH

  • 2 - Whitney – 9 station hydraulic CNC machines with a 200 amp plasma torch.
    The punch capacity of the machine is 40 ton.  The plasma production capacity of 1: material.  This machine can cut 5’ x 10’ material sizes or a max work piece of 1,000 pounds.

PRESS BRAKES

  • 3 – Amada brakes ranging in capacity from 80 to 170 tons.
  • 2 – Piranha brakes ranging in capacity from 60 to 90 tons.
  • 1 – Standard brake with a 200 ton capacity with a 12’ bed.
  • 2 – Trumpf brakes ranging in capacity from 40 to 187 tons with beds up to 14’
    NOTE:  We also offer Uni-punch capabilities.

 

SAWS

  • 1 – Auto fed band saw, capable of 13” W x 13 ½” H.
  • 2 – Auto fed band saw, capable of 14 ½” W x 15” H.
  • 1 – Auto fed band saw, capable of 30 ½” W x 17” H, 45 to 90 degrees.
  • 1 – Auto loading table, auto fed cold saw, capable of 4 ½” x 4 ½” materials.

CNC HORIZONTAL LATHES

  • 9 – With tail stocks, 10” swing, 24” between centers.

ROBOTICS

  • We have five 6 axis and eight 5 axis robot welding cells with both 350 amp and 500 amp capabilities. We have a skilled programming staff for both Panasonic and OTC robots.
